The Equestrian Partnership Challenge
Groen Equestrian invites you to take part in a new (FREE!) partnership challenge that encourages you to deepen your connection with your horse—no matter your discipline. Whether you are passionate about endurance, dressage, jumping, team chasing, eventing, or simply enjoy hacking, everyone is welcome to join the experience.
And I promise not to pester you afterwards with loads of emails to buy or do stuff.
So it really is a FREE challenge, a challenge to become a better partner for your horse.
The Equestrian Partnership Challenge – with Groen Equestrian
The Five-Day Challenge
This challenge spans five days, starting on Monday the 3rd of November and ending on Friday the 7th. Sign up is possible now and all challenges are accessible until Sunday the 9th of November to give everyone plenty of time.
The aim is to pinpoint potential areas for improvement and seek practical solutions. Rather than overwhelming participants with excessive information or tasks, each day presents one actionable focus point. Sharing your experiences with the group allows you to benefit from collective wisdom, while BHS level 3 coach and international endurance rider Esther Groen will provide her expert advice.
At the end of the challenge, you will be encouraged to prioritise your discoveries, gather resources for future use, and seek additional support if needed. Take the winter months as an opportunity to put your new insights into practice and strengthen your equine partnership in preparation for the next season.
Welfare is always at the forefront of equestrian sport. Endurance riding, for example, is renowned for its high standards, with veterinary inspections carried out before, after, and during longer rides. By working to become a better team with your horse, you will not only increase enjoyment but also set yourself up for fresh achievements in the coming season and contribute to your horse's long-term well-being.
What will the challenge entail?
Partnership is built on understanding. Sometimes, as riders, we become so focused on results that we overlook the basic foundations needed to identify what we and our horses need to improve. This challenge is designed to help you reconnect with those fundamentals, we focus on a different topic each day and incorporate everything at the end.
